From the author

This book did not begin as something to publish. It began as something I needed to survive writing.

Every truth in these pages was lived before it was written. I didn’t set out to teach anyone how to heal, I set out to stop lying to myself, and the words that came out of that became Soul on Soul Contact.

If you’re holding this book, some part of you is probably doing the same thing I was. Good. That part of you is not broken. It’s remembering
